We think Chris Idzikowski, Ph.D. put it best when he said; “Those who favor the side-lying fetal position tend to be sensitive, but may project a tough exterior.” (2)
You also tend to be shy at first but are quick to relax around new company.
2. The Free Faller
3. The Yearner
4. The Coffin
This sleeping position is creepy, to say the least.
You rest on your back, with your arms locked by your sides or folded over your chest. You almost look like you're dead!
Apparently, if you sleep like this, you’re more likely to boast a quieter personality and live your life to a high moral standard.
5. The Starfish
6. The Log
7. The Left-Side Sleeper
8. The Right-Side Sleeper
9. The Spoon

According to sleep.org sleeping with someone else means you’re 50% more likely to endure a night’s kip full of disturbances! (4)
It goes without saying, waking in the night can leave you feeling overly tired and groggy the following morning.
10. The Stargazer
11. The Pillow Hugger

This position is similar to the fetal position. However, you have one (or both) of your hands resting under or on your chin.
