How do I use Manta STEAM Eye Cups?

Microwave the STEAM Eye Cups for 20 seconds (and no more than 30 seconds). Remove contact lenses and eye makeup before use. Place the eye cups on the head strap and put the mask on to relieve dry eyes, stress and sinus pressure.

What is your shipping policy?

• ORDER PROCESSING - Our fulfillment team tries to process orders as quickly as they can. On average, they process/ship orders within 1 to 2 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual during the holiday season due to increased order volumes and potential carrier delays.

STANDARD SHIPPING

• WITHIN THE UK - We offer free standard shipping to customers within the UK. Once an order has shipped, it should arrive within 2 to 6 business days.

• OTHER PARTS OF EUROPE - Shipping to the rest of Europe starts as low as £2.99 and may increase depending on the weight of your order. Delivery outside the UK usually takes 5 to 12 business days after an order has shipped. Please note that for orders greater than 1500g, only express shipping is available. This is more suitable for heavier orders as the standard shipping rate is calculated by weight.

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Our UK warehouse only ships within Europe at the moment. If you are from outside Europe and you wish to own one of our products, we recommend visiting our Manta Sleep US website. Our warehouse in the US ships worldwide at competitive prices.

What is your guarantee, warranty & returns policy?

• RETURN POLICY - Every Manta (except those purchased during limited-time sales events) comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If your Manta doesn’t work for you for any reason, you’re 100% covered — simply reach out to our customer success team via our contact page and let them know why the product didn’t work for you. They will provide you with a prepaid return label via email and once we’ve received the item back in good condition and its original packaging, we’ll provide you with a full refund for the item you purchased.

If you’ve paid for shipping, please be advised that we won’t be able to refund the shipping fee as the payment goes directly to our shipping partners.

• WARRANTY POLICY - At Manta Sleep, we stand behind the quality of our products 100%. In the unlikely event that you aren’t blown away by the quality of your Manta or you happen to encounter a manufacturing defect, let us know within 6 months from purchase and we’ll exchange your Manta for a new one, free of charge. Please note that we can only offer replacements of the same product that you originally purchased.

• PRODUCT EXCHANGES - As a Manta Sleep customer, you have the option of requesting for a product exchange in lieu of a refund if your order was placed 60 days (or less) ago. Product exchange is possible as long as the price of the item you wish to exchange for is the same as (or lower than) your original purchase. Please note though that you could only exchange for another product once and if you request for a product exchange, your order would no longer be eligible for a refund.

Feels amazing
After three to five minutes of these my eyes to feel really good. After a day of staring at a screen for work then reading to a toddler the rest of the day my eyes get so tired. This is unfortunately a temporary fix, but does feel so nice until until it all begins again.

My Eyes Are Now Oily in the Best Possible Way
Listen, I never thought I’d be writing a love letter to something called a steam eye cup, but here we are.

Nice Option
The manta sleep mask with sound was too uncomfortable to sleep for me, but using it when I don't feel well with these steam eye cups is soothing. This option lets it be of some use. The cooling ice cups were not as pleasant.

Perfect way to sooth my irritated, dry eyes
I've tried various other heated eye masks, including an electric one, but this is way better than the others both because the cups are super comfortable, but also because I can use them with my Manta Sound eye mask. Listening to audiobooks and meditation tapes is my favorite way to sleep. And no awkward cords to get tangled up in.
