I’ve been reading a bunch on different light and how it affects your sleep... Then my friend tells me she swears by sleep masks, I got the one she uses. After a few bent eyelashes and bruised ears, my goldilocks journey brought me to the mask that fits juuuust right - the Manta Sleep Mask 😌 

After being in hospital for most of my life, I can only sleep now with an eye mask on. I've tried them all but none of them measure up to my Manta Sleep weighted eye mask.

These are great for total darkness day or night. I bought it to try since I've been sleeping in my glasses to keep the fan from irritating my eyes. It was worth every cent! And because of its deep cups it works great with my lash extensions.

Hi there - huge fan of the Manta Sleep Mask! It’s completely transformed my sleep!
I track my sleep with my FitBit and I see a noticeable decline in time awake (and increase in deep sleep) when I sleep with my mask compared to when I don’t. Thanks for a great product (which I gifted to everyone in my family this Xmas LOL).

Honestly I don’t know I used to sleep without the Manta Sleep Mask! Not only does it block out all light, but it helps me out with another unique problem.
When I sleep, I rub my eyes like crazy. I have bad allergies so I think this is the main contributor. The Sleep Mask keeps me from rubbing my eyes at night and from waking up throughout the night. And unlike other sleep masks, the Manta mask has has eye covers so it doesn’t mess with my lashes.
