I got these to replace my nasal strips (not Manta brand). I was having trouble with the nasal strips being to close to the skin around my eyes which would get damaged when trying to remove the left over adhesive. These nose vents don't have this problem, so I can rest assured that my skin won't be damaged.

I bought mine to help keep my nasal passages more open at night and they helped. The vents are totally comfortable and easy to use. Once the correct fit is determined, it would be nice to just purchase more vents in a pack with that size only.
