It is almost surprising how bright it is when taking the mask off. While I rarely have a hard time falling asleep, if I do, I put the mask on and it makes it easier to fall asleep. It is so soft and comfortable to wear. My husband also loves his and uses it every single day. Great gift idea too!

I warm them in the microwave for 15 seconds instead of 30 seconds. They are very soothing and relaxing.
