I use a CPap machine and for a tiny bit I was sleeping more that 4/5 hours a night . Never too much to rem to time. After getting my Manta sleep mask I actually have been sleeping 7/8 hours ,and my Rem time is over an hour. Thank you.

Worth the money!
Was skeptical, but 100% black out, no cracks of light get through. Comfortable and doesn't get too warm around your eyes. With a gummy you are out for 9+ hours.

I love this mask
I work 3rd shift and some days just aren’t made for sleeping , it’s too noisy, sun is too bright etc etc but I bought this mask not really sure I’d use it but let me tell you I don’t sleep without it anymore. It’s so comfortable it doesn’t bother me a bit when sleeping and it honestly lets me fall into such a deep sleep I feel great after just a few hours of sleep. In my opinion this is a total game changer for my sleep. Thank you so much

More sleep!!
I'm loving this thing! I usually wake up right at the crack of dawn and can't get back to sleep even if I'm tired. I'm able to fall right back asleep with my Manta mask and have been getting about an hour more sleep per day because of it my partner's even said they notice I'm falling asleep faster. Highly recommend!
