Steam & Ice Duo

Never been a fan of eye masks as I've never enjoyed the pressure on my eye ball. Fortunately these ones are shaped to sit around the eye. Brilliant for Hayfever, with a hot and cold option. But also handy when you're a bit tense and need a warm option to calm your nerves and get you off to sleep.

I recently had a stye and needed to do warm compresses. This is the first brand I have found that has heated masks and the open area around the eye itself is perfect. The ice mask is great as well. I definitely recommend and bought a set for my sister. She loves as well! My husband wants one now too! Also, definite blackout for sleeping and very comfortable!

Bought this for chronic tension headaches and my husband uses it for chronic migraines. Amazing.

I should really be using these more than I do - but they’re a lifesaver when I’m having a headache. My only wish is that the material wasn’t prone to pilling - if the hook side catches the top side, it sticks like velcro. I do wish they kept their cool/heat longer, although I understand there’s a reason behind it. I don’t get a sense of “steam” from the hot ones, but the heat is delightful, as is the ability to plaster and hold it onto my eyes.
